The gluten free market has grown significantly over the last 10 years and the demand for high quality gluten free products is steadily increasing. We provide gluten free premixes that ensure the taste and texture of the finished manufactured products are to the highest possible standard when it comes to gluten free foods and we are constantly researching new raw ingredients and concepts to be able to manufacture an increasing range of bakery products. Due to the functionality of our premixes the majority of our gluten free range can be manufactured through standard production lines for example: cookies, fruit bars, choux pastry, muffins and pastries.

 

All of our gluten free premixes must pass our stringent positive release system prior to delivery to our customers which encompasses laboratory gluten testing for our gluten free products and bake testing procedures. We are dedicated to ensuring the integrity of our gluten free products and use an independent laboratory to test all of our gluten free premixes before they are delivered to our clients. We can provide a certificate of analysis of gluten testing to less than 5ppm upon delivery.
